1940-1945 - Les dossiers des Archives Arolsen pour les victimes gabéricoises du nazisme

| Les Archives Arolsen, nommées jusqu'en 2019 Service International de Recherches (anglais International Tracing Service - ITS) est un centre de documentation localisé dans la ville de Bad Arolsen en Allemagne qui a pour but de conserver et publier les dossiers des administrations nazies en 1939-45 et des armées alliées de libération des camps de déportation.
On trouvera ci-dessous les dossiers relatifs aux gabéricois référencés au fur et à mesure des programmes de numérisation. On compte aujourd'hui trois prisonniers connus : Jean Le Corre (né au bourg en 1920) aux camps de Neuegamme et Buchenwald, Louis Laurent (né à Kerdalès en 1912) et Michel Tymen (né à Mesnaonic en 1909). Par contre on recherche toujours les traces de Pierre Goazec au camps d'Auschwitz-Birkenau. |

Le programme de numérisation des Archives Arolsen est loin d'être terminé, mais de plus en plus de pièces sont désormais disponibles sur le site https://arolsen-archives.org/fr/, notamment depuis la publication en novembre 2019 de 800.000 documents rédigés en zone d'occupation américaine. On y trouve notamment le dossier complet du résistant déporté Jean Le Corre dans les archives conservées au camp de Buchenwald et incluant ses cartes matricules et de détention (« Häftlings-Personal-Karte »). |

Dossier de Jean Le Corre 1 Incarceration Documents / 1.1 Camps and Ghettos / 1.1.5 Buchenwald Concentration Camp / Individual Files (male) - Concentration Camp Buchenwald Scope and content This sub-unit contains individual documentation from Concentration Camp Buchenwald, arranged by the ITS into personal files. The first page of each file is an envelope created by the ITS, This envelope contains personal data on the individual and a listing of the document types contained in the file. It can also include an ITS inquiry file number (T/D-number).

Dossier de Louis Laurent 2 Registration of Foreigners and German Persecutees by Public Institutions, Social Securities and Companies (1939 - 1947) / 2.1 Implementation of Allied Forces’ Orders on Listing all Foreigners and German Persecutees, and Related Documents / 2.1.1 American Zone of Occupation in Germany / Lists of all persons of United Nations and other foreigners, German Jews and stateless persons This sub-collection primarily consists of various types and various forms of lists of persons that had to be drawn up by local German authorities and administrative offices after the end of the war.
C. Dossier de Michel Tymen 3 Registrations and Files of Displaced Persons, Children and Missing Persons / 3.1 Evidence of Abode and Emigration / 3.1.1 Registration and Care of DPs inside and outside of Camps / Postwar Card File (A-Z) The so-called Postwar Card File is the oldest collection of the ITS (see Archival History). More recently, a large number of other card types have been added in addition to copies of DP 2 cards. They originate from various DP camps and from different organisations that took care of the Displaced Persons (DPs) after the end of the Second World War. The documents contained, including DP identification papers, are the result of registrations of DPs by, among others, the United Nations Relief and Rehabilitation Administration (UNRRA), the International Refugee Organization (IRO), DP camps, other relief organizations or authorities.
